Description: Sometimes it can be hard to get motivated when cooking a meal for just one or two people. It can be hard to scale down portion sizes so that you don't waste a lot of food or end up throwing your grocery money in the trash. Learn how to solve this dilemma. Description: If your home were on fire, would your family know the following: 1) What a smoke or CO2 detector sounds like? 2) How to evacuate the home? 3) Where to meet after evacuation? Join us for a program presented by the Du Quoin Fire Department. It is so important that your children know what to do in the event of a fire.
