Description: Perry County Health Department will be at the Du Quoin American Legion on February 25 giving COVID vaccinations for Phase 1a, 1b, and expanded 1b. (ELIGIBILITY BEGINS 2/25/21): Phase 1B Part II: Persons aged 16 to 64 years with high-risk medical conditions. Persons aged 16 to 64 years with medical conditions that increase the risk for severe COVID-19. Description: Illinois Elks Children's Care Corporation sponsor this FREE children's orthopedic assessment clinic from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Dr. Alan Froehling from Mt. Vernon will be the clinician. No medical referral is necessary. The clinic is an ideal time to have a child reviewed for bone and joint development. If your child has feet pointing out, complains of back, knee, leg or ankle pain or has a back curvature, they can be see at the clinic. For an appointment, call 1-800-272-0075. There are no charges for any services at this clinic.
