Description: Lab Testing must be done prior to event from April 14-21. Cost is $40 (cash only). Lab results will be available on May 1 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with providers available to interpret the results. Visit many healthcare booths and take advantage of many free screenings. Description: Join us to discuss the Illinois state laws and regulations that impact driving as we age and after a serious illness or injury. Various assistive services and equipment will be discussed to help stay independent. Resource contact information for alternative transportation services will be available. Presented by Elizabeth Wheeler, Occupational Therapist. Cost is $3 and includes complimentary lunch. Reservations required by calling 877-480-4040.
