Our Spring Community HealthCheck will again offer discounted lab tests for only $40. To keep everyone safe, lab testing will be BY APPOINTMENT only. Results will be on the MBH Patient Portal and sent to your provider. If you don't have a provider, we'll schedule you with one of ours.

BLOOD PROFILE (Complete Metabolic Profile, Complete Blood Count)
LIPID PROFILE (Cholesterol, LDL, HDL, Triglycerides)
THYROID FUNCTION: TSH
DIABETIC SCREEN: Ha1C
VITAMIN D LEVEL
PROSTATE CANCER SCREEN FOR MEN: PSA
Do not eat or drink 8 hours prior to testing.
