INDIVIDUAL/TEAM ENTRY: $80 per person/$300 per team. Event benefits available plus group picture. NOTE: Entries with less than four (4) players will be grouped with other players.

PLATINUM SPONSOR: $1,000 - Event benefits available for four (4) golfers; prominent name recognition on banner and throughout event; and a group picture.

GOLD SPONSOR: $500 - Event benefits available for two (2) golfers; sponsor board recognition; and a group picture.

SILVER SPONSOR: $250 - Event benefits available for one (1) golfer; recognition at hole; and a group picture.

BRONZE SPONSOR: $100 donation; recognition at hole.
