Marshall Browning Hospital to Host "Coping With Grief During the Holidays"

Du Quoin, IL - November 17, 2011 - Marshall Browning Hospital in Du Quoin will be hosting a seminar on "Coping With Grief During the Holidays" presented by Hospice of Southern Illinois. The program will be held on Tuesday, November 29 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the second floor conference room of the hospital.

For those who have lost a loved one, the holiday season can bring painful emotions. Information will be presented on the grieving process, healthy and unhealthy grief, and ideas on how to survive the holidays through the shadows of grief.
