Marshall Browning Hospital Welcomes New Director


Du Quoin, Illinois - April 19, 2011 - Marshall Browning Hospital is pleased to welcome Brad Galli, R.Ph., to the Marshall Browning Hospital Board of Directors. Mr. Galli will fill the term of Dr. David Marsden who provided 23 years of dedicated service to the hospital board.

Mr. Galli is a graduate of West Frankfort High School and St. Louis College of Pharmacy where he obtained his degree as a Registered Pharmacist. He is currently a Registered Pharmacist at the Medicine Shoppe in Du Quoin.

Galli joins other directors who volunteer their time on the hospital board including Dan Eaves, Susan Engelhardt, Dr. Craig Furry, Chuck Genesio, Richard Haines, Don Hoffman, Mark Maclin, Harold Rice, David Searby Jr., and Kathy West.

Marshall Browning Hospital is a non-profit charitable organization. The hospital is a 25-bed acute care hospital with 24 hour physician-staffed ER, 22-unit independent living center, rehab center, and offers 12 specialty clinics bringing specialists to the hospital from the St. Louis and southern Illinois area. The hospital provides a medical clinic on its campus offering the practices of Dr. Beth Bigham, Dr. Gladstone Tucker, and Felicia Kimbrough, Family Nurse Practitioner. Marshall Browning Hospital has earned The Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval, the nation's predominant standards-setting and accrediting body in health care.
