Registration @ 10:30 a.m.
Meal @ 11:30 a.m.
Tee Off @ 12:30 p.m.
Awards @ 5:30 p.m.
INDIVIDUAL/TEAM ENTRY: $75 per person. Above benefits available plus group picture. NOTE: Entries with less than four (4) players will be grouped with other players.
PLATINUM SPONSOR: $1,000 Above benefits available for four (4) golfers; prominent name recognition throughout event; and a group picture.
GOLD SPONSOR: $500 – Above benefits available for two (2) golfers; sponsor board recognition; and a group picture.
SILVER SPONSOR: $250 Above benefits available for one (1) golfer; recognition at hole; and a group picture.
BRONZE SPONSOR: $100 donation; recognition at hole.
