Discounted labs are ONLY $40 (cash or check) and include a BLOOD PROFILE (Complete Metabolic Profile, Complete Blood Count), LIPID PROFILE (Cholesterol, LDL, HDL, Triglycerides), THYROID FUNCTION (TSH), DIABETIC SCREEN (Ha1C), VITAMIN D LEVEL, PROSTATE CANCER SCREEN FOR MEN (PSA).
