LSVT BIG® and LSVT LOUD® THERAPY

Our Occupational Therapist and Speech-Language Pathologist offer LSVT BIG® and LOUD® programs for people with Parkinson's disease and other neurological disorders. LSVT® is a proven therapy program designed to teach patients how to overcome motor, sensory, and non-motor limitations through exaggerated movements or speech.

LSVT BIG is a 4-week therapy program that helps patients move bigger and more safely. The program is easily customizable to meet each patient's needs and is proven to:
• Improve balance and strength
• Increase the quality, safety, and speed of walking
• Reduce the risk of falling

LSVT LOUD is a 4-week program with a focus on speech therapy. Like LSVT BIG, this program can be adapted based on a patient's specific speech challenges and can lead to:
• Improved vocal loudness
• Greater voice quality, intonation, and articulation
• Increased communication confidence

A doctor's referral is required and should specify OT or speech evaluation and treatment.
