Marshall Browning Hospital Welcomes Family Nurse Practitioner

Du Quoin, Illinois – October 13, 2025 – Marshall Browning Hospital is pleased to announce the addition of Halee Essick, Family Nurse Practitioner, to the Marshall Browning Medical Clinic, located at 905 North Washington Street in Du Quoin. Halee will join Dr. David Yablonsky at the Medical Clinic. She will care for patients of all ages and offer a variety of services, from annual physicals to immunizations, preventive health to chronic disease management.

“I’m so excited to join the team at Marshall Browning as a Family Nurse Practitioner,” said Hailee. “I look forward to getting to know our patients, building connections, and helping families stay healthy and happy.”

Halee brings expertise in managing high-acuity pulmonary and critical care patients and has a nursing background in the ICU. She graduated from McKendree University with her BSN and later attended Chamberlain University to complete her MSN and FNP. Throughout her career, Halee has demonstrated a strong commitment to providing compassionate care with a focus on patient education.

Halee will begin seeing patients on November 3; however, appointments may be scheduled now by calling 618-542-1050. She will maintain office hours Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. She is currently accepting new patients.
