Marshall Browning Medical Clinic

The Marshall Browning Medical Clinic is a Rural Health Clinic located on the southwest corner of the hospital campus.

The Medical Clinic is open the following hours for primary care:


Monday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.


Accepting new patients including Medicare and Medicaid. For an appointment, call (618) 542-1050.

Psychiatry services are provided at the Marshall Browning Medical Clinic on the second and fourth Thursdays each month from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Providers include Sandra Tate, Clinical Nurse Specialist in Psychiatry, and Diana Tomlianovich, PMHNP. For an appointment for psychiatry services, call 618-292-9999.

David Yablonsky, D.O., serves as the Medical Director of the Marshall Browning Medical Clinic and the Marshall Browning Family Health Center.

Providers furnishing services at the Medical Clinic are independent contractors and are not employees of Marshall Browning Hospital with the exception of Danielle Klump, FNP.

URGENT MEDICAL situations are ones that are not considered emergencies but still require care within 24 hours.

Accidents and falls
Sprains and strains
Bleeding/cuts (not bleeding much but requiring stitches)
Minor allergic reactions
Eye irritation and redness
Fever or flu
Vomiting or diarrhea
Severe sore throat or cough
Minor broken bones and fractures (i.e. fingers, toes)
Skin rashes and infections
Earache
Sinus infection

All physician and mid-level providers furnishing services are independent contractors and are not employees of Marshall Browning Hospital with the exception of E. Clay Travis, M.D., Michael Staff, PA-C, Ariele Loiacono, NP, Robert Herzog, PA-C, Elizabeth Harbison, NP, and Bianca Bottiaux, PA-C.

Dr. Travis serves as the Medical Director.
