Job Summary:
The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner who is licensed in the State of Illinois to practice medicine, and under the general supervision of the Rural Health Clinic’s Medical Director and the collaborative physician, provides direct healthcare to patients.  The provider documents patients’ histories, medical reports and other records. Prepares treatment plans. Orders x-rays and other diagnostic procedures. Writes prescriptions. Qualifications:

2. Training: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
