Environmental Services Manager - Environmental Services
JOB SUMMARY:
The Environmental Services (EVS) Manager is a salary/exempt position. This person provides leadership, direction, and management oversight to continuously improve the standard EVS operating model within the facility. The Manager leads all operational coordination for EVS, provides staff leadership, makes sound business decisions in support of the hospital’s mission; and supports the hospital’s vision to be a leader in providing the best facility for patient care, safety, service, and value. Manages the day-to-day operations of the department; ensures a consistently high level of cleanliness and appearance to the patients, visitors, and staff. Reports to the CEO and supervises all EVS and Laundry employees.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Must have a high school education or equivalent.
Training and Experience: Two years of experience in related field preferred. Management experience preferred. Must obtain CHEST certification within 6 months of hire.
Job Knowledge: Thorough understanding of basic cleaning and sanitization processes and equipment.

Shift : Day
Salary: $58,656.00 to $76,000.00 per year (Actual salary depends on experience.)
