Pharmacist - Pharmacy
JOB SUMMARY
This is a PRN position that will fill gaps in the schedule as needed. The pharmacist is responsible for overseeing all medication storage and preparation in the hospital. Additionally, the staff pharmacist can perform management duties, at the discretion of the director, in their absence.
QUALIFICATIONS
A. Education: Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a PharmD degree or a BS Pharmacy degree.
B. Currently licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of Illinois.
C. Two to four years’ health system experience preferred.
