IT Analyst - Information Technology
JOB SUMMARY:
The IT Analyst is a full-time salaried (exempt) position that reports to the IT Director. They will perform User, Vendor, and Provider onboarding/offboarding to the EHR and auxiliary systems while maintaining industry security best practices. The IT Analyst will Analyze, Validate, Design, and Optimize reports and dashboards, and are responsible for troubleshooting software and hardware problems via helpdesk. They will assist with updates/upgrades of hospital hardware and software. On Call rotation support is required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have high school diploma. Associate’s degree in IT preferred.
• Experience collaborating with end users and technical teams.
• Experience with various hardware including printers, laptops, desktops, monitors, servers, scanners, and copiers.
• Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, including Windows 11.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.

Salary: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year (Actual salary depends on experience.)
